REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
At Rise Athletics™, every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure the highest quality experience for our customers. Please review our policies before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Customers may request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placing their order.
After 12 hours, orders enter processing and preparation, and we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements are only eligible under the following conditions:
• The order was canceled within the 12-hour cancellation window.
• The item arrived damaged or defective during shipping.
• The refund request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Clear photos of the damaged item.
• Clear photos of the packaging.
This allows our support team to review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
30-Day Refund Limit
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds, replacements, or exchanges for requests made more than 30 days after the package has been delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Rise Athletics™ is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered during checkout.
